Virtual Admin Assistant
I was tasked with cleaning and enriching a list of 500 leads over a span of two weeks. My focus was on ensuring all missing information was completed and that the data was accurate. This required conducting manual research for each lead, including searching their website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to fill in contact details and company information. By the end of the project, I successfully delivered a comprehensive and reliable lead list, ready for further business outreach.
App Integration and Implementation
IT Specialist
This project involved integrating a new application across multiple departments. I managed vendor meetings, set up the environment, and coordinated end-user meetings to introduce the app. I oversaw the full integration, ensuring smooth functionality of the app. I also provided end-user training, created rules for streamlined operations, and served as the main point of contact for any app-related issues or requests, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support.
Documentation Structure

This project involved creating comprehensive documentation for both internal and external processes. I developed a clear structure for our website repository on Confluence, ensuring all departments could easily upload and access their documentation. I created templates for guides to maintain consistency and worked closely with various departments to ensure proper use of the platform. Additionally, I conducted training sessions to teach users how to effectively navigate and utilize the documentation app.
